For contractors

Pre-construction information you can actually use.

Asbestos records, buried services, structural unknowns: we can't see through walls, but we can gather what's known about the site before you price and programme, and name what isn't. It reaches you before work starts, gaps included, in plain documents written to be read.

What you get

Pre-construction information specific to the site: surveys, services, access, the risks the design couldn't remove, before you start.

02

What we need

One short contractor form: your outline of how you'll run the site. It feeds straight into the construction phase plan.

03

Your exposure

On a home project the client's own CDM duties sit with the contractor in control; that is regulation 7, and our appointment does not take it over. What a Principal Designer appointment fixes is the pre construction half: someone resourced coordinates the design risks and gathers the information you price and programme on, before you start. Without one, that half simply does not happen.

If the client appoints no one, it falls to you

So make it easy for them: pick "the contractor" in the quote tool, answer the project questions, and send your client the link to check and send to us. Two minutes, and the appointment is theirs, in writing.
