Why we built them this way
Most CDM websites answer a question with a contact form. The questions people actually have are answerable: whether the appointment is required, where the duties have landed, whether the project is notifiable, what information a project like theirs needs, whether a construction phase plan is complete. All of those come out of the regulations and HSE guidance, so the honest thing to do is answer them.
The tools also show what ClearCDM is like to work with, which is the other reason they exist. The structured questions, the named gaps and the plain answers are the same approach we take on a real appointment.
